Q-Storming™ Facilitator Certification Program The Q-Storming Facilitator Certification Program is a six-month process beginning with a 2-1/2 day in-person workshop followed by ten bi-monthly teleseminar sessions. The program includes individual and group coaching and “learning partner” meetings as well as individual Q-Storming projects (please see below). This program is by application only. Q-Storming Projects: These projects are designed to deepen participants’ skill and practical knowledge of Q-Storming in a way that also contributes to their professional success and business bottom-line. Participants in the current Certification Program are conducting projects on topics as diverse as: a comparison of the usefulness of Q-Storming and brainstorming; Q-Storming as empowering decision-making, Q-Storming as a value-add to project management, and Q-Storming in a community context focusing on Citizen Accountability. Program Benefits: There are important benefits for participation beyond becoming a more skillful and successful Q-Storming facilitator. Many participants in the current program and learning community report that they’re finding it easier to maintain their own “Learner mindset”, to be more reflective, curious, and non-reactive, and to be more strategic and comfortable resolving issues and concerns, in both their personal and professional lives. One may register for either the Program Certification track or the Program Completion track. Certification Benefits:
